    I am a three phone T Mobile customer and have been for 12 years. I recently updated by purchasing a new phone for myself. For some reason my new phone could not send and receive texts. I stopped at the new T Mobile store in Clarkston on M-15 and Dixie Hwy. The salesperson looked at my phone and decided that I needed a new SIM card. Problem fixed? I left the store, sat in my car and sent a text. Same problem-a notice appeared that I wasn't connected to WiFi texts could not be sent or received. I went back in the store and told the salesperson that texting problem had returned. This is where the bad experience began. Now mind you I'm ticked off because after having this phone for 2 weeks I have had to take it to a store 4 times for the same texting problem. When I told the salesperson I was told to call customer service. I looked around and there was zero customers in the store at that time. I asked the salesperson that since he didn't have any customers and he was suppose to be the professional....could he please call customer service on my behalf. The salesperson told me that since I didn't buy the phone at his store he couldn't help me. I told him I've been a long time customer and that good business practice would dictate that he would be willing to keep my business by calling customer service and fixing my phone. He basically ignored my request and went back to sitting down and listening to his music. Suffice to say I had to call customer service myself to eventually get the phone fixed. THAT young salesperson needs a lesson in how to provide services to customers. Im seriously considering changing providers.
